Information

Arrival and Departure

Check in is between 3pm and 7pm on the day of arrival. Check-in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival. We ask that you please vacate your room by 11am on the morning of departure. A later check out, or storage of your bags may be arranged during your stay.

Parking

There is a parking space available on site. If required, you will be provided with the parking remote (Bip) on arrival. There is a 100€ deposit for the Parking Bip which will be returned to you when checking out.

Booking Conditions

Booking Confirmation

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking by bank transfer or Paypal in euros (payment by Paypal incur a 3% surcharge). Full payment for your stay is required six weeks in advance. Bookings made less than six weeks in advance require payment in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation by the Guest

We are a small business, so cancellations have a big impact on us. If the the cancellation occurs up to six weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival we will attempt to find a new booking and if we are able to do this we will return your deposit, or payment in full. If you cancel your reservation within six weeks of the scheduled date of arrival you will be liable for the full reservation price. We advise that you have holiday insurance for this eventuality. Its very difficult for us to find short notice reservations and we may have turned away guests in order to accommodate you.

Cancellation by Us

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full and we will do our best to help you find accommodation in the local area. Our liability will not extend beyond these conditions.

Security Deposit

A 100€ breakage deposit is required in cash or by cheque at the time of booking, This will be returned on departure unless there are significant damage issues or exceptional cleaning required.

Cleaning

The property will be clean, beds and towels provided prior to your arrival. Please do not use the towels provided for the beach or the pool. The property must be left clean and tidy with the fridge and bins empty and recycling disposed of.  A basket will be provided for the towels. There is no need to strip the beds.

Moving your Stay

Your booking is confirmed once you have paid your non refundable deposit. If you wish to change the date of your stay you must inform us in writing. Changes of date will be at our discretion and based on availability. You can consider your date changed only when you have received written confirmation from us.

Data

Some of the data gathered during the course of a booking may be held on computer. We do not send advertising emails or offers, unless you wish to receive them. Data is retained for accounting purposes.
Termination Policy
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others. In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights (including rights in software), trademarks, database rights, patents and inventions) in and relating to the service are owned by us and our licensors or contractors. Nothing in this agreement operates to transfer any such intellectual property rights to you. We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any of our rights and obligations under this agreement without notice to you. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
