Eco-Conscious

We are an ecologically minded establishment. Our water is supplied by a well and our electricity is powered by solar, so we are ‘off grid’ as much as possible, although we are still connected to the mains electricity for those rare occasions when the sun doesn’t shine.

All the furniture and furnishings have been recycled and upcycled where possible.

The apartment is equipped with compost and recycling bins which we encourage our guests to use.

Private Zen Garden

To the rear of the apartment is a private decked area for guests sole use, planted with Japanese maples, including a hot tub for 4-6 people, dining table and chairs for 8 and a gas barbecue.

Relax in the hot tub after a busy day swimming and sight-seeing, enjoy some good food cooked on the barbecue and maybe a glass or 2 of chilled wine with friends and family.
